EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is at the heart of our approach. This method has proven to be extremely effective in the treatment of trauma, as it helps to process painful memories and emotions safely and effectively. If necessary, I supplement the therapy with hypnosis or other suitable methods to address deeper issues and support the healing process.
